Fotografiert habe ich schon mit 16 – damals noch analog. Meine ersten Erfahrungen habe ich mit Filmkameras gesammelt, mehrere Jahre lang ausschlie\u00dflich in Schwarz-Wei\u00df. Die Filme habe ich selbst entwickelt und in der Dunkelkammer belichtet. Dieses handwerkliche Fundament pr\u00e4gt bis heute, wie ich an ein Bild herangehe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Der Sprung ins Digitale \u2013 und die Entdeckung des Lichts<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mit der Digitalisierung bin ich auf digitale Spiegelreflexkameras umgestiegen und habe dabei etwas entdeckt, das bis heute meine gro\u00dfe Leidenschaft ist: das Malen mit Licht. Aus dieser Faszination f\u00fcr Licht und Blitz hat sich mein fotografisches Spektrum immer weiter ge\u00f6ffnet – hin zur Produktfotografie, zur Highspeed-Fotografie und zur Model- und Sportfotografie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Menschen vor der Linse<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Am liebsten arbeite ich mit Menschen, ganz besonders mit Kindern. Gerade in der Sportfotografie zeigt sich, wie viel Leidenschaft sie f\u00fcr ihren Sport mitbringen \u2013 und genau diesen Moment will ich einfangen. Fu\u00dfballer, Handballer, Schwimmer, Trampolinturner und T\u00e4nzer stehen bei mir ebenso regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vor der Linse wie die Musiker unserer \u00f6rtlichen Musikvereine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

So vielseitig wie die Menschen, die ich begleite, sind auch meine Motive: Auch Hochzeiten und Babys durfte ich schon fotografieren, und Autos sowie Motorsport sind Themen, die mich immer wieder reizen. Diese Bandbreite ist f\u00fcr mich kein Widerspruch, sondern Ansporn \u2013 jedes Genre stellt eigene Anforderungen an Licht, Timing und Blick.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hinter vielen meiner Bilder steckt deutlich mehr Arbeit und Vorbereitung, als man ihnen ansieht. Manche wirken, als w\u00e4ren sie am Computer entstanden \u2013 tats\u00e4chlich kommen sie aber genau so direkt aus der Kamera, wie sie zu sehen sind.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
